Who We Are:

A yoga studio in Rochester, NY where all who seek to practice don't have to sacrifice rent to roll out their mat.

A wellness bar uniting the fun & connection we love about pubs with healthy alternative options many crave.

With community and inclusion at the heart of all we do, we choose to offer:

  • pay-what-you-can pricing for drop-in yoga classes

  • locally crafted coffee & kombucha, juices, smoothies and snacks

  • a gathering space where community is built through conversation, one chat at a time.

Juice for the body, Yoga for the spirit, Community for everything else.

This is Revolution!

Galentine's Day Benefit Yoga Class

What is Galentine's Day, you ask?
Basically, it's like Valentine's Day, only instead of celebrating the love you have for your significant other, you spend it with your best girlfriends, who are, after all, your soul mates, and therefore deserve a holiday all to themselves, too!

Invite your best gal pals and join us on Wednesday February 13th for a yoga class and party to benefit I Support the Girls; an organization that collects and distributes donations of new and gently used bras, and individually sealed tampons and maxi pads to women and girls nationally and internationally.

A $20 donation will reserve your space for class. Pre-register online as space is limited!

If you bring a new bra or menstrual hygiene product to the event you will receive 20% off at our wellness bar and be entered into a drawing for a few fun prizes including a gift card for Revolution Studio + Wellness Bar

Activities before and after class include Galentine's Day photo booth & BFF Trivia!

First Friday Artist Spotlight

Join us Friday March 1st from 7p-10p for Revolution’s first Artist Spotlight Event! We are proud to have Rochester native Najhay Quick as our first featured artist. Najhay describes his work as a fusion of contemporary and abstract art. His primary aim as a visual artist is to spread ministry within his work and to paint the trials and errors we all experience. Through his work, Najhay seeks to shine a light on the humanity of our experiences in a way that prompts a spiritual awakening. Najhay’s work has been displayed around Rochester at spaces such as City Hall Galla and MAG as well as local restaurants like the Arnett cafe. He’s professionally established himself as a brand he now calls “halo boy” Selling creative clothing, toys and merchandise. His purpose is to change the minds and hearts of his peers with the creative outlets he’s been blessed to perform in. Click below for more information and a link to purchase your ticket.
