There is nothing basic about beginnings! If considering yourself a beginner has kept you from taking yoga classes in a studio, this is the series for you. Our Basic B Series is for the aspiring yogi seeking to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga with other B's (beginners) just like you! This 3 part series is designed for the person too nervous to take a studio class, the person who thinks they aren't flexible and the person looking to take the first step towards building a safe and effective yoga practice.
