Let's be honest, kombucha is life changing but expensive! Wouldn't it be great if you could make it on your own? During our class you will not only learn what kombucha is, but also how to make it at home for yourself! All participants will go home with a starter kit, detailed instructions and a bottle of Katboocha kombucha!
About the teacher:
Kat Schwarz is the owner of Katboocha, Rochester's first all-kombucha brewery! Katboocha focuses on small batch kombucha to hone in on flavor and artistry through "huggable" fermenters. Each batch is brewed no more than 60 gallons at a time, and each flavor is uniquely paired with its tea. Kat is thrilled to be at the precipice of this explosive new culture in Rochester, and aims to help shape the way we think about beverages.
