Interested in learning what Yin yoga is all about? Join Bryce Grantham for a 3 hour workshop that explores what, why and how of the Yin style of yoga.
The workshop will begin with a 20 minute discussion on yin:
an intro to the myofascial system
using the myofascial system as a precursor to a meditation practice
the difference between the sympa and parasympathetic nervous system
explore and strengthen boundaries in our physical practice
There will be a 2hr and 20 minute practice (whole body release with a 30 minute savasana)
Workshop will close with a 20 minute sitting (meditation) followed by tea and fresh fruit after practice.
