Revolution Studio 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
It Starts With YOU!
In Revolution’s 200-hr Teaching Training program you will be introduced to the physical, philosophical, and practical benefits of yoga; from its origins to modern day practice. This training will provide you with all the necessary tools to lead a safe and effective class, with a focus on skilled and practical languaging, functional cueing, formal demonstration and an emphasis on meeting an individual where they are at.
Trainees will have an opportunity to take a deep dive into their personal yoga practice, exploring the mindsets they bring to their mat, cultivate a refined understanding of asana and its aesthetic/functional applications, explore the rich and sometimes volatile history of yoga, as well as have the opportunity to work with and apply several of the philosophical concepts that make up the yoga lexicon, both on and off the mat. Revolution is a studio space that is committed to the health, longevity and wellbeing of both instructor and student. It is in this light that we actively try to cultivate a safe space heavily informed by the latest research in trauma, pain dynamics, mindset psychology, movement principles and anatomical findings. We are dedicated to introducing practitioners to a safe , sustainable, and constantly evolving practice based on active consent, individual agency, and a felt sense of autonomy for one’s body.
